What You'll Own

A full A–Z restoration rep.

We are not hiring a setter or a lead-runner. We are hiring a closer who can carry a claim end-to-end and treat every homeowner like the referral source they will become.

  • Canvass neighborhoods, knock doors, and sign the homeowner
  • File the insurance claim and own communication with the carrier
  • Meet the adjuster on-site and run the inspection appointment
  • Review the scope of loss and write detailed supplements
  • Follow up with adjusters until every supplement is approved
  • Walk the homeowner through color, material, and financial selections
  • Be present on build days and canvass the surrounding homes for the next deal

What Dynasty Handles

Your job is to sell and serve the homeowner. Everything that normally bogs a rep down is handled in-house so your time stays on the doorstep and on the phone with the adjuster.

  • Production crews and on-time builds
  • Material ordering, delivery, and supplier relationships

  • Marketing, branded vehicles, and lead flow support
  • Warranty paperwork and homeowner follow-through

Who We're Looking For

Proven roofing & solar producers only.

This role exists to reward closers who are already winning in roofing or solar and want a bigger split. If you're outside the industry, this is not the seat for you.

  • Currently producing in the roofing or solar industry — this role is not for outside-industry hires or career changers
  • Documented top-producer track record (W-2s, 1099s, or pipeline reports we can verify)
  • Comfortable running an adjuster appointment from open to close
  • Confident writing supplements and pushing back on shorted scopes
  • Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the discipline to canvass through the season
  • Hungry — this comp structure is built for closers, not order-takers
