Please note: Dynasty Restoration only repairs siding we have previously installed or repaired ourselves. If your siding was installed by another contractor, we recommend reaching out to them first — they'll have the specific product line, color codes, and install details needed to deliver a clean, matching repair.
Damaged siding is not just a curb-appeal problem. A cracked vinyl panel, a missing shingle-style piece, or a failed caulk joint is an open door for wind-driven rain to reach the sheathing behind the siding. Once moisture gets behind the weather barrier, the countdown to rotted OSB, damp insulation, and drywall staining starts — and those repairs cost 10–20 times more than the siding fix would have.
For our existing customers, Dynasty Restoration repairs all common siding materials — vinyl, insulated vinyl, fiber cement, aluminum, and wood — with a focus on restoring the system behind the panel, not just replacing the visible piece. Every repair includes an inspection of the house wrap and sheathing behind the damaged area so the underlying problem is actually fixed.
Common Siding Repairs
Storm & Hail Damage
Cracked, split, and impact-damaged panels. Often insurance-covered — we document and repair in one visit.
Wind-Blown Panels
Vinyl that has unlocked and blown off. Re-installed panels with wind-rated fastening plus inspection of surrounding panels whose locks may have stressed.
Missing or Broken Panels
Color-matched replacement, plus re-inspection of the weather barrier behind the missing area.
Moisture & Rot at Windows
Panels and trim removed, rot cut out and replaced, flashing rebuilt, new trim installed.
Impact Damage
Lawnmower, sports ball, branch, or vehicle impact — one panel or a full run, color-matched and reinstalled.
Pest & Rodent Damage
Replacement of damaged panels and installation of exclusion barriers where entry points were exploited.
Why We Inspect Behind the Panel
Most siding damage — especially around windows and doors — is a symptom, not the cause. A cracked panel may point to a compromised window flashing above it that's been shedding water down the wall for seasons. Replacing just the panel fixes the look but not the problem. Our repair process includes pulling adjacent panels where needed, checking the house wrap, inspecting the sheathing for moisture damage, and re-detailing the flashing before the new siding goes back up.
